🌍 Welcome to the Scouts group

Warm welcome to the My Treats Scouts community!

This group brings together people who help us discover restaurants that care about sustainability, health, and good food values.


 

💡 Where we’d love to have your support

At your own pace, help us find and recommend restaurants:

  1. Scout restaurants that walk the talk — plant-forward, seasonal, transparent, ethical, etc. We are looking for: 

    places where delicious food meets your values, offering a sense of pleasure and fulfilment that’s ethical, healthy, and deeply satisfying. These are real treats.

  2. Add them to your Craves list in the app with a title + short description (see more info below).

  3. Send us the My Treats link of each restaurant you’ve added via email so we can add it to the curated restaurants (in your list in the My Treats app, click the “Share” button of the restaurant; then send by email to scout@my-treats.com)

💬 Beyond that, we’d love if you could:

  • Give feedback about the app or what you’d like to see. We’ll also bounce new ideas off you from time to time.

  • Recommend My Treats to friends who care about food

  • Invite great restaurants to improve or create their profiles

  • Tag us on social when you visit or discover a Treat


 

🗺️ About your Craves List(s)

You can create one or more Lists to group your scouted spots, in the “Craves List” section of the app.

Each list should include:

  • A title that reflects your approach (e.g. “100% Organic”, “Kids Approved”, or something more general like “My Scout Recommendations”).

  • A short description of your selection criteria — what makes a place list-worthy in your eyes.

📤 Once your list has a few places, share it in this group. We’ll feature it in the app so others can discover your trusted recommendations.

Prefer to keep it private? Just add “(private)” to the list title — we’ll still use your tips behind the scenes.

We want this group to feel casual and human — not like a task.
Contribute at your own pace — one place a month or ten in a week. It’s all welcome.

What matters is that your voice helps shape a more conscious, joyful way of eating out — and inspires others to make better choices too.


 

📌 Group guidelines

  • Stay on topic: food tips, Scout stuff, app feedback, conscious dining

  • Be kind and supportive — this is a judgment-free zone

  • No spam or unrelated promos

  • Don’t overwhelm — quality > quantity

  • Respect privacy: no sharing outside the group without permission
