Four Amsterdam restaurants worth your time

Chosen on how they source and cook, not on who paid to be seen.

Amsterdam is a city that never runs out of places to eat. The hard part is knowing which ones are worth it.

We curate on values only: how a place sources its ingredients, how it cooks, and whether it holds up on health, impact and quality. Restaurants cannot pay for a place in the guide or for a better score, so there are no sponsored results to wade through. These four sit on our Amsterdam list, spread across the city, from casual neighbourhood spots to more considered dining.
